I've been reading the posts regarding the 'great' customer service and I am at a loss. What does one have to do to get 'great' customer service from Servergrid? I can't find answers in the knowledge base, live chat doesn't work, you can't call anyone because they don't believe in phones - only email and it sometimes takes hours or days to get a reply to a trouble ticket. If this is 'great' customer service I'd like to see 'bad' customer service. I'm taking my domain to another hosting company that is more reasonably priced, has more features to offer, has better SPAM filters and has 24/7 LIVE people that you can actually talk to on the phone. Of course, I have to wait on the 'great' customer service from Servergrid to 'release' my domain before I can do that so, who knows, maybe I'll be around a while longer......waiting.......

I really don't know what happened to this company. When I started hosting with them a few years ago, they were the best. Then came the dreaded merger and things went downhill thereafter. Now, I have a domain that's completely down because the DEDICATED IP has been re-assigned somewhere else, and I cannot even get someone at SG to tell me to jump in a lake. ARGH!

i agree, this was a great company. you will open a ticket and they will get that solved right away. now is like no one is there. they will even go out of their way to make things work for you.

I agree.  No support whatsoever.  He is probably trying to save on staff.  How about trying to retain your customers, sir!  I am outta here as soon as I migrate DB and stuff!
