    If my hosted website goes down, giving 404 errors, how long would it take servergrid to restore the site?  What is your standard recovery time?

    It would never come up from these jokers... ask any current customer who has been down for various time periods over the last 2 weeks.  No replies, VM goes unanswered, tickets are treated as spam.

    Servergrid has an advertised "overall 99.95% uptime". Do we get compensated if the servers are down longer than 5 hours a year?
