We see from your website that you offer Windows server hosting.

We have developed a site using .NET technologies and Ajax framework for our client.  The site needs to be hosted on a Windows server with .NET Framework 2.0 as well as the latest Ajax extensions installed.  We would require about 50MB of space initially, and high availability and throughput bandwidth connection to the Internet, as well as FTP access

We offer all the features you require.  Ajax can be easily used by uploading the .dll files to the bin folder of whatever domain you require it in.  The hosting plan you would need for your requirements is the host4000 plan and it is $28.95/mo or $260.55/yr base price.  The datacenter is connected to the Internet with multiple fully redundant 1Gbps lines.  We have many customers who use both asp.net 2.0 and ajax successfully and without issue on our servers.  For the list of the hosting packages we currently offer please go to the following link.  http://www.servergrid.com/services/hostinfo.aspx

Sir, I am a current customer of Servergrid.  I can tell you they do offer all of what you need.  The only problem with this company is that they can't keep their servers running. 

That 99.995 uptime - don't you believe it.  Read what people say on this forum - you will get an idea of how messed up things are.  As I am writing this (and also the reason for writing this) my customers are super mad at me because their sites are down for the 4th day.  Ask me if I get any response from servergrid tech support team.  Well, that's a "NO".
