Although all services were running normally at the time of Calvin's most recent post above, the recovery from the above-mentioned issue extended into today and included a rebuild of the server's RAID array which was taking place in the background while all services remained operational. During this, we experienced a failure of one of the hard drives, which caused the complete loss of data on the server. We have replaced the faulty hardware and are currently in the process of rebuilding the software environment and restoring yesterday's backup to the server. Please note this affects services on mail10.securedc.com and mysql10.securedc.com and these services will be unavailable while the recovery is in progress.
