It appears that due to issues with server hardware the win15.securedc.com web server has been rendered unusable. We are currently in the process of implementing a replacement server, which will be populated with the latest backups available for all customer files. We will provide additional information on this matter as it becomes available, and suggest that you continue to check back to this topic periodically for the latest information available. We thank you for your patience in this matter.

As an update to this post, at this time some sites are coming back online. At this time the content restore is still running on the server. Please do not upload files to the server as this could conflict with the restore software please allow for the restore process to complete before uploading new site files.  At this time we do not have a time frame for when the restore will be completed. 

Hello, The restore with the latest backup from the date that the server went down has been restored.  Any custom settings that we had to set for you will have to be applied again such as virtual directory's along with any other custom settings.  Please submit a ticket from within your Servergrid control panel if you have any issues or questions.  Thank you.
