I am curious if the daily server backups really include databases? I submitted a ticket on 6/19 and haven't gotten any more information other than that it has been submitted to Admin... and that I will be updated "As Soon As Humanly Possible"... Just curious is there is a better process to going about this other than submitting a ticket? I have also spent close to an hour trying to get through over the phone but that too seems to be a dead end...
Would appreciate any help anyone could provide...
