I must be missing something fairly simple but am not sure what at this point. I receive a 404 error (file not found) when browsing any PHP page that I upload to my account. I read the knowledge base articles and have enabled PHP for the domain and made sure the .php extension is associated with PHP. Is there anything else I need to configure for PHP?

Hi Brice, It sounds like this would be something that we would have to investigate further.  If you submit a ticket from within your Servergrid control panel we will be glad to help you resolve this problem.

The resolution to this could be as simple as disabling then reenabling PHP from within your control panel to ensure the mappings are correct in IIS.  If that doesn't help please enter the ticket Calvin suggested, providing us a link to an example .php file showing this behavior.  When we receive that we can take a look and get to the bottom of it for you.

I checked again this morning and everything is working now. Maybe there was a timing issue with the configuration changes I made, or maybe I was somehow looking at it wrong. Anyway, I'm good now and appreciate your quick responses.
