You may find the filename you would like to use as your default document is not configured by default and you cannot access the sites without explicitly giving its file name. However, you can set default file names using H-Sphere control panel very easily.

    1. Select Account | Quick Access
    2. Select Web Options icon and click Edit hosting parameters icon for the relevant domain
    3. Scroll down and turn on Directory Indexes
    4. Enter the relevant file names separated by spaces such as default.aspx default.asp default.php
    5. Finally, select Update button to save the settings.

    Regards,
