A couple ideas we're kicking around for customers who are active here anyway and would like to make it a little more official:
Forum Leaders
Customers with experience in related areas and who would like to help other forum users and help us keep the forums running smoothly may want to think about becoming a forum leader. Especially helpful would be some experience with setting up windows-hosted sites, participating in forums, asp, asp.net, mssql etc. Duties would include assisting less experienced customers with questions related to setting up and using different types of 3rd party web apps along with standard forums moderator tasks.
Bloggers
This position would be open to anyone who would enjoy writing about any topics of general interest to the Servergrid community... hosting, business, reseller, technology, etc. We would set up a free blog section in UserLink and give you access to make it your own. Your content would be promoted throughout UserLink and if appropriate from the Servergrid site also.
What do you get?
These would not be strictly volunteer positions and some compensation would be in order for either of the above. This could be free services or possibly other arrangements, especially for some of the more active of you. Also, we hire from within when possible and you would be strongly considered for new entry level tech positions (which are coming soon) along with future advancement.
