We’ve had some setbacks with the recovery of
win7.securedc.com. An error with the RAID controller has corrupted all of the
drives in the system, which in turn was causing corruption with the backup
images we rotate. All of the backup sets we have are corrupted because of this,
and cannot be restored.
We’ve sent the drives themselves to a data recovery
specialist, and hope to be able to salvage the data on the drives. However, at
this time we do not know if or when this will be accomplished.
Win7 was replaced with new hardware and at this time is up
and operational, but without end-user content.
If you have a local backup of your website, you can upload
it to the new server using your same credentials at any time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and are doing
everything we can to restore service.
