Good afternoon. I hope anybody has an answer to this issue.
Since the e-mail problems last monday, all the hosting plans I have with e-mails on mail12.securedc.com are having this error when trying to send e-mail to more than 1 recipient at a time.
I checked and SMTP authentication is enabled (that was the first response of support)
Then they replied the max amount on to field is 1 recipient and on the CC: up to 19. So the max is 20.
I was just sending to 5 recipients. So that is clearly not the issue.
The funniest thing "so to speak" is that I have a bunch of other hosting plans and the ones on the mail11.securedc.com work perfect even with up to 20 recipients!!!
That means something is not properly configured on mail12.securedc.com right?
Does anybody managed to get this fixed by support?
Can anyone help me determine what is going on?
