    hello,

    how can i attach MS SQL 2005 database to the server, i also want to run script for database object but i hvnt found any option.

     I couldnt connect the hosting database to my local PC server to manage it, so you know why? please let me know. i got error that tells me the remote connection is not supported.

    which the best form to keep the data base brought up to date in the local machine? Somebody already used the “Quest Comparison Suite will be SQL Server”? I did not obtain to make to function…

    Hi, SSIS will work for all these tasks.  You can read more about using SSIS in its section of the SQL Server documentation:  http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms141026.aspx

    As for Quest Comparison Suite, I am not personally aware of any customers who are using this, but as long as it connects to the server using the same protocols as Enterprise Manager / Management Studio you should have no problems.

    ok. does not exist a form to see backup daily of sqlserver through the ftp, and restoring in my local machine?

    The supported method for managing your sql databases and making backups to your local machine is to use DTS (SQL 2000) or SSIS (SQL 2005).
