    Hey,

Would you mind showing code, maybe use 0 as the timeout to indicate session-end-on-browser-close.  You can PM Brenda or myself a login to test your site with.

after the change of all servers, and the various problems we had with to changes, all the machines servergrid are killing the sessions after a few minutes, also there is something inexplicable that at some point it deletes all sessions, including the time it was not greater than 1-2 minutes. No support or Brenda to solve this, what happened was some kind of change in the configuration of servers. I tried getting it through support without success, and a system in ASP with problem, I had to move to another host.

So, what was the other hosts resolution to the issue?  Did you get it resolved?

I'm using the same session code that I have used for 4 years with no problem. Suddenly, it stops working on Server Grid.  I have the same code working on another site and it is fine.  That server is running the latest Windows server software.

In my research it is a known issue with Microsoft and it appears to be related to IIS, (http://blogs.msdn.com/david.wang/archive/2005/09/19/Why_do_I_lose_ASP_Session_State_on_IIS6.aspx).

I submitted this link with my ticket and received no response other than, 'show us proof'.

I have experienced this SAME problem, and still experience this problem.  I first reported the problem on 11/22/2008 and not had a successful resolution. Can ANYONE help me, please?????

    Hi,

Please enter a ticket from within your control panel with the details of your issue and we will be happy to investigate further.  Please include a link to the error and also step by step instructions with any username/password if necessary.  Also if you have another domain within our hosting that this is working without issue then please let us know which domain that is.

We will be awaiting your ticket.

     Thanks,
