Well, the time has come when I have to change gears, and leave ServerGrid (been with them for years when they were BoundGrid) but it has nothing to do with a lack of satisfaction. I've been hosting about a dozen web sites with them and loved the unlimited domain feature per hosting account. As the sites grew my needs changed, and my education took me into Linux land, which ServerGrid unfortunately doesn't support, so I've had to switch to a virtual Linux server. But having this service behind me for these years has let my teeny tiny business grow, and let me get things done just the way I need to, so I have to say Thanks. Support has always been wonderful and available very quickly any time I needed it, right up to the point where they gave me a pain-free cancellation (which is, by the way, the quickest way to get a customer back in the future!).
I will definitely recommend ServerGrid to anyone needing flexible, reliable, friendly Windows-based hosting. Thanks again!
