    Assuming they exist; Where are documents held that explain the proper steps for adding subdomains. 

     I have a domain name registered to GoDaddy - I have created a subdomain using Servergrid's Control Panel.  What is the next step or step so link my domain name to my servergrid subdomain?

     If their are white papers, examples, best practices please advise - location etc.

    Hello Don,

    When a main domain is pointed to our nameservers, any subdomain created in your account with us will automatically be added to DNS for the domain and become accessible. The instructions for adding subdomains in our hosting can be found at http://www.servergrid.com/manual/configuring_domains.html#subdomains.
