I am trying to replace the default HSphere logos for the control panel. The closest explanation i could find regarding this is here:

    http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/reseller/images_and_icons.html

I could successfully do this by stipulating a fully qualified URL: http://www.mydomain.com/cp/images/my_image.gif, however, my control panel, cp.mydomain.com is secure (https), so i get a message box stating that that page uses secure and non-secure parts.

How do i get ftp access to the cp.mydomain.com root to place the document in the default hsphere images directory? Currently service account FTP only gets me into the mydomain.com root.

    Thanks

    Steven

    Hello Steven,

For security reasons, the control panel server is not directly accessible by customers. However, if you host your images on an SSL protected site and then use the https:// URLs for the images in H-Sphere, that should resolve the alert you are receiving.

Thanks for the response Brenda. I didn't want to have to pay for a second certificate just to host my images. Do you know any other way of doing this?

    Cheers

Hello,  At this time there is no other option to replace the default Hsphere images other than the way that Brenda stated in an earlier post.

     Thanks
