Today's completion of the hardware troubleshooting did not yield any results, so we are considering the original issue to have been caused by software inconsistencies in Windows and/or IIS. During this process we have continued with the migration of all server data to the new server and we will be finalizing that migration in order to bring this matter to a close and restore normal performance to your web sites. On a shared server it is not a quick process to move all the data, set correct permissions, and configure the web server software for each web site but we are a good portion of the way through the process and someone will continue to be assigned to this nonstop until the process is complete.
