    I have been unable to create a DB view for my database on Servergrid using the phpMyAdmin control panel.  Is this functionality supported?  Also, how do I connect using a 3rd party db tool like Aqua Data Studio to manage and maintain my DB.

    Hello Nathan,

    Please enter a ticket from within your Servergrid control panel if you require technical support for phpMyAdmin. You are welcome to use any outside MySQL management tool to manage your databases with us, and the server name to connect to can be found in the "MySQL Server" section of your account accessed via the icon of the same name in your Quick Access page.
