Just wanted to post a quick note letting everyone know that the support is excellent. I've had problems at 2am with my asp.net websites and I can always count on nearly instant response to the support tickets that I create. I've never been stuck for more than a couple of minutes and they've always resolved the issue perfectly. I now always recommend this Servergrid to colleagues who need windows hosting.
