Servergrid UserLink

A couple of days ago I enabled statistics for one of my domains.
When I try to navigate to them from the H-Sphere panel I get a 404 error.

Navigation leads to the following page:
http://#domainname#/AWStats/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=#domainname#

But I have no folders below "AWStats" which was created automatically when I enabled statistics.
Do I need to make some other configuration adjustments besides using the on/off switch at statistics?

I would suggest first backing up your log files, turning your stats off, waiting 30 seconds, turning your stats back on, restoring your log files and trying your stats again. If this does not resolve your issue, please enter a ticket on this matter from within your Servergrid control panel and our staff will be more than happy to assist further.

Thank you Josh for your suggestion, though it did not help.
It was solved by the staff instantly.
