    The win7 server is currently down due to a failure of one or more of its hardware components.  We are currently diagnosing the issue and will return the server to operation as soon as possible.  Any additional information will be posted to this thread as soon as it becomes available.  Thank you for your patience.

    We have replaced the faulty hardware and brought the server back to operation.  There are no remaining issues with the server but in the unlikely case you are experiencing any remaining issues please let us know via a support ticket and we'll assist you right away.  We hope you all have a great weekend.
