Earlier today the server win19.securedc.com started experiencing a performance issue with IIS which started causing some sites to be loading slowly.  We are currently looking into the available options and we will be updating this ticket as more information becomes available.  We thank you for your patience in this matter.

At this time the server is rebuilding the drive array which is causing the slow down in site load times.  We are working on rebuilding the array to return the server to optimal performance.  We thank you in your understanding in this matter.

Currently the raid rebuild on the server is at 60%.  We are trying to get the rebuild completed ASAP.  We thank you for your patience in this issue. 

Hello,  The raid rebuild finished successfully last night.  Though there is still some issues with sites loading slowly on win19.  We are looking into the issue and will have it resolved ASAP. 

Our team is continuing to dilligently investigate intermittent issues and also slowness on this server.   These issues will be resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you for your continued patience. 

At this time we have made some changes to the server which appears to have increased the performance of the server. If any customer is still experiencing some issues, please submit a ticket with links to view the issue and we can investigate further.  Thank you. 

 At this time intermittent issues with IIS on this server continue, so we have set a migration schedule for it. The migration for win19 is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 20th at 7:00 PM EST. We expect the move of the server to new hardware to help with the performance issue mentioned earlier in this forum entry.

At this time the server migration is still processing.  The server issue with IIS is slowing down the migration of site files.  Thank you. 

The data migration is still continuing and because of the IIS issue slowing the migration it will proceed into tonight.  Once the
data migration has completed the IP changes will be performed to the new IP scheme.  When this stage occurs the websites
will experience unavailability during this ip migration stage. 

The sites should be pointing to the new server at this time, unless you are using outside name servers which you should update the dns records accordingly.  The old servers contents were migrated to the new server.  Though if your site is missing content you can reupload the files, which you can use the following IP address instead of the win19.securedc.com server name as that has yet to propagate.  Also the default page may need to be reset.  The following link will help you set the page.  http://servergrid.com/support/article.aspx?id=13942  We are still working on this migration at this time.  We will update this when the migration has been completed.
