I agree.  No support whatsoever.  He is probably trying to save on staff.  How about trying to retain your customers, sir!  I am outta here as soon as I migrate DB and stuff!

This is the worst host I have ever had.  I am migrating to a new one right now.  I loved it briefly, now just hate it.

I've been reading the posts regarding the 'great' customer service and I am at a loss. What does one have to do to get 'great' customer service from Servergrid? I can't find answers in the knowledge base, live chat doesn't work, you can't call anyone because they don't believe in phones - only email and it sometimes takes hours or days to get a ...
